Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of a large-scale mechanical project from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects, teams and stakeholders, as well as maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project teams comprising engineers, quantity surveyors, site managers and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, understand and create project documents and reports.
