About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiation Expert to facilitate property sales from initial inquiry through to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
    • Understand client needs to match them with appropriate properties or products.
    • Provide professional and responsive customer service.
    • Conduct property viewings and tours, showcasing key features and benefits.


Sales and Negotiation
  • • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating the best terms.
    • Manage objections and resolve any issues that arise during negotiations.
    • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
    • Ensure all transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.


Administrative Support
  • • Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and required documentation.
    • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity logs.
    • Collaborate with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
    • Update property listings and sales databases regularly.
    • Follow up on leads and opportunities.


Market Expertise
  • • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Provide accurate property appraisals based on current market data.


Performance Targets
  • • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Actively generate new leads and expand the client base.
    • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or real estate (preferred).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in sales transactions.
    • Strong customer service focus with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
