Technical Support Lead for Data Loss Prevention Platforms

This critical role oversees the technical support team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing DLP systems.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of technical support engineers specializing in DLP platforms, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs, and collaborating with key stakeholders and vendors to implement new or additional DLP capabilities.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of DLP technologies, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related field, and may hold relevant product certifications or a qualification in information security or information systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers specializing in DLP platforms.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs.
  • Tune and upgrade system components, following internal testing and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and vendors to implement new or additional DLP capabilities.
  • Contribute to projects improving current DLP capabilities, driving adoption, and enabling future growth.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to DLP platforms.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant product certifications or a qualification in information security or information systems may be beneficial.
