Job Title: Financial Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

The Financial Compliance Team supports business units and compliance professionals across the organization, responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing a framework that ensures regulatory compliance and governance. As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will be involved in reviewing, analyzing, and requesting AML documentation linked to the back book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze AML documentation, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulations;
  • Conduct screenings on clients, identifying potential high-risk individuals or entities;
  • Organize and maintain investor AML documents, updating records as necessary;
  • Manage workload, ensuring timely delivery of corporate and client deliverables;
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Liaise with internal departments and global offices to complete AML compliance requirements;

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in financial services, preferably in investment funds and regulatory compliance;
  • Knowledge of EU legislation driving AML regulations;
  • Strong risk awareness and analytical skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively;
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools;
  • Fluency in English language (both verbal and written).
