Customer Experience Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a first-class experience.

Job Description:

  • Assist the management team with the day-to-day running of the store, maintaining high standards and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Take and process customer bets accurately and efficiently through multiple channels, including betting terminals and in-shop transactions via the EPOS system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, introducing customers to our multi-channel and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for opening and closing the shop, managing cash handling procedures, and guiding the shop team in the absence of management.
  • To act as a liaison between customers and the shop team, resolving queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • To promote the company brand and be results-focused, driving sales and growth through effective customer engagement.
  • To maintain high standards of presentation and ensure a safe and secure working environment.
