Project Manager - Mechanical Installations

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale mechanical and plumbing installation projects in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing trade staff and subcontractors, with over 10 years' experience working on similar projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and ensure timely completion of installations
  • Coordinate with builders, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Manage logistics and material ordering processes
  • Supervise large crews of trades staff and general operatives
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience working on mechanical/plumbing install projects
  • Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
