**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled License Key Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing ION's license key function, ensuring correct and timely delivery of the license key to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • License Key Query Management: Ensure a minimum response time of 24 hours.
  • Daily License Key Management: Oversee daily operations related to license key management.
  • Pricing Simulations and Financial Analysis: Prepare customer pricing simulations and financial analysis reports.
  • Commercial Proposals: Draft and review commercial proposals for customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Deal directly with customers and senior company management to resolve queries and provide support.
  • Contractual Terms Analysis: Analyze contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries.
  • Process Development: Assist in the development of scalable commercial processes.
  • Integration Support: Assist with the integration of newly acquired companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Sales Experience: Good to have B2B/SaaS sales experience and Salesforce knowledge.
  • Educational Qualification: A degree in any field (1.1 or 2.1).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
