About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Irwin M&E Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our continued growth and success, working closely with other experienced Quantity Surveyors to develop and grow our QS department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective tender strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing relationships with clients and consultants.
  2. Manage and coordinate the preparation of tender bids, including evaluation of bid requirements, negotiation of prices, and submission of proposals.
  3. Lead the management of Final Accounts, including completion of site surveys, preparation of pre-measured budget costs, and surveying quotations using MTC rates.
  4. Support Contracts Manager in the development and delivery of various contracts, ensuring timely completion and optimal financial performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Time served Electrician with strong understanding of electrical systems and measurement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
