Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Leader with a strong background in electrical wholesale management to lead our thriving electrical wholesale operation.

  • To achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote the brand within the target market, you will develop and implement strategies through innovative promotional activities.
  • You will manage and motivate teams in each department to achieve individual and team goals within the branch, fostering a culture of collaboration and mentorship among staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, as well as implementing initiatives to enhance brand advocacy among customers and partners.
  • Oversight of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics is required to ensure a high service level is maintained, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience at every touch point.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, relevant training, and regulations, maintaining the integrity and ethics of all operational aspects.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability, along with brand campaign effectiveness and customer loyalty initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering year-on-year growth and implementing successful business strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, along with marketing and management skills.
