Product Builder

We are seeking skilled Product Builders to join our team in Galway. As a Product Builder, you will be working on the production floor, operating CNC equipment, and performing various tasks such as polishing, deburring, cutting, straightening metal, finishing, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cell activities including polishing, deburring, cutting, straightening metal, finishing, and cleaning.
  • Operate CNC equipment for the production of products.
  • Accurately identify cosmetic irregularities.
  • Exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training of less qualified personnel.
  • Correctly perform all steps of cleaning operation.
  • Perform all NDT Activities.
  • Maintain all equipment in the department as required.
  • Communicate with other Team members and engineers concerning product defects.
Requirements:
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required.
  • Computer literacy is expected.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
  • Desirable skills: 1+ experience polishing or buffing a variety of metals, experience operating CNC-controlled equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, working with precision measuring equipment.
