Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead - Project Delivery to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our project delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

About the Job

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that all necessary resources are in place.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential issues or risks.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Lead - Project Delivery, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that all necessary resources are in place.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
