
Clinical Trial Coordinator, Research Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Associate to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our clinical development group, you will be responsible for providing support to investigator sites during the start-up and maintenance phases of clinical trials.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to ensure that all regulatory documents are submitted on time and that site compliance is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate investigator site activities, including collection and submission of regulatory documents
- Customize and negotiate informed consent documents
- Serve as the point of contact for a site's ERB and Competent Authority (CA) (where applicable)
- Track and ensure site compliance to required training
- Drive timelines aligned with company priorities
You will also be responsible for communicating directly with sites, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring country-specific regulatory and data privacy requirements are incorporated into submission documents.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage previous site / review board engagements to efficiently drive new work and populate internal systems to ensure accuracy of trial / site performance.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific or health-related field, understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm, and applied knowledge of project management processes and skills.
