Clinical Trial Coordinator, Research Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Associate to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our clinical development group, you will be responsible for providing support to investigator sites during the start-up and maintenance phases of clinical trials.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to ensure that all regulatory documents are submitted on time and that site compliance is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate investigator site activities, including collection and submission of regulatory documents
  2. Customize and negotiate informed consent documents
  3. Serve as the point of contact for a site's ERB and Competent Authority (CA) (where applicable)
  4. Track and ensure site compliance to required training
  5. Drive timelines aligned with company priorities

You will also be responsible for communicating directly with sites, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring country-specific regulatory and data privacy requirements are incorporated into submission documents.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage previous site / review board engagements to efficiently drive new work and populate internal systems to ensure accuracy of trial / site performance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific or health-related field, understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm, and applied knowledge of project management processes and skills.
