The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading the development of software features, taking a lead role in technical decision-making, and collaborating with the wider team to implement and deploy solutions. Strong communication skills are essential as you will regularly share your work with wider teams within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the development of product features using machine learning technologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A University Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of C++ and Python development skills, and experience in a production environment.
  • Strong experience developing on Linux or Android platforms.
  • Experience working in an Agile team environment using continuous integration flows, including defining, building, and optimising those flows.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and approaches such as TensorFlow, TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch, or Inference Runtimes.
  • Experience of working in or contributing to open-source projects.
  • Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing team members.
