Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of projects across multiple regions and continents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, selecting and managing external partners, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Act as a principal decision maker, working with internal stakeholders to set project direction.
  • Manage external key project delivery partners, including project management, design, and delivery teams.
  • Responsible for project finance, from initial scope alignment and approvals, purchase requests, and invoice approvals.
  • Interface with the Guidewire Global Finance team to consolidate budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Highly accountable and client-side project management experience.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and mediation skills.
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to manage multiple deadlines and teams concurrently.
  • Corporate organizational change management experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • A degree in a relevant subject and significant experience in project or program management (minimum 5 years post graduate).
