Warehouse Operative Morning Shift Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operative to work in our busy warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking orders for stores, wrapping pallets, and moving goods to dispatch in a chilled or ambient area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Picking orders for stores with accuracy and efficiency
  • Wrapping pallets securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Moving goods to dispatch in a timely manner, ensuring seamless logistics operations
Requirements:
  • Manual handling training to prevent injuries and ensure employee safety
  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience, including voice picking and inventory management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high productivity expectations
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • A valid driver's license for occasional transportation needs
  • Fluent English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
