Staff Nurse; Surgical Inpatient Unit
About the Job:This is an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team as a Staff Nurse in the Surgical Inpatient Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development to maintain currency in practice.
- Contribution to a positive and supportive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current registration as a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing & Midwife Board of Ireland.
- At least 1 year of experience in a surgical ward setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
