As an OEM Automation Specialist, you will provide technical leadership and oversight for OEM automation ensuring system configuration, defect libraries, and performance criteria meet site and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and oversight for OEM automation ensuring system configuration, defect libraries, and performance criteria meet site and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with OEM suppliers, system integrators, and internal teams to define scope and standards of automation deliverables and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Defect Management: Develop and manage defect libraries for known cosmetic and functional defects in prefilled syringes.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize inspection parameters, rejection thresholds, and false reject rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar.
- Experience working Rockwell systems FT Batch, FT View, Control Logix & Plant Pax.
- Experience working with Aveva InTouch.
- Experience in vision system configuration (Cognex, Koerber Vision System), camera tuning, or algorithm adjustments.
