Career Advancement EHS Role

We are seeking a seasoned EHS professional to join our team as Senior EHS Advisor. This is a permanent role based in Dublin, providing an excellent opportunity for career progression.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the Health and Safety Manager in ensuring site personnel comply with site safety and company requirements.
- Implement and maintain the company's Safety Management System.
- Conduct site inspections and audits, reporting findings to the project EHS Manager.
- Identify training needs and report requirements to the project EHS Manager.
- Deliver Health and Safety Inductions and weekly Toolbox Talks.
- Organise and chair Safety Meetings.
- Review sub-contractors Method Statements and assist where required.
- Assist with accident/incident investigation reports.
- Submit weekly reports.
- Carry out daily site walks and report findings to project supervisors.
- Advise and assist site teams in drafting Safe Plans of Action.
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd Level EHS qualification.
- Minimum 10 years experience in similar role.
- Experience working in Construction Sector desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work well in team environment.
