Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our team at Sanmina's Fermoy facility.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow our automation capabilities and contribute to the company's success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in mechanical/mechatronics or automation-related disciplines, and experience in a similar design/project management engineering role.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop automation systems for new and existing products, work with customers and potential customers to promote Sanmina's automation capabilities, and provide technical reports/proposals and simulations for production lines.

The position requires excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to apply and implement concepts of Lean Manufacturing.

A project management qualification would be beneficial for this role.
