Job Overview

The role of the Electrical Quantity Surveyor is to provide expert commercial guidance and support to our clients' projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are properly managed from start to finish.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively with contractors, clients, and site teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Producing monthly valuations for current projects.
  • Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders, including cost estimation and analysis.
  • Formulating and agreeing on final accounts for projects.
  • Preparing variation quotations for projects.
  • Managing project cash flow effectively.
  • Attending project progress and commercial meetings.
  • Recording, reporting, and managing project risks, variations and cost overruns and the overall effect overruns may have on the project.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly cost reports.
  • Communicating effectively with contractors, clients, and site teams.
