Telephone Receptionist

The role of Telephone Receptionist is a crucial part of our team at Ireland's top hotel destination, offering exquisite interiors and unique activities.

This casual evening position involves working 5 days over 7, answering calls from guests, colleagues, and suppliers via email and telephone. The successful candidate must be polite and professional at all times.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Directing queries and completing administrative tasks.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Key Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role at a 5-star property is desirable.
  • Proficiency in admin and PC skills, as the role involves guest outreach pre- and post-stay.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons, and weekends.
