Boiler Maintenance Technician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Boiler Maintenance Technician to join our team.

  • Perform regular maintenance on commercial boilers, HVAC units, and other gas-related services.
  • Ensure all work complies with site safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Comply with EHSQ policies and procedures at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with clients while promoting the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Communicate effectively with the service desk and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a 'Best Practice' regime and encourage continuous improvements.
  • Provide coverage for out-of-hours situations on a rotational basis.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant trade qualification or third-level qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong boiler fault-finding skills are essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • RGII Licence and Safepass certification are mandatory.
  • OFTEC Certification is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC plant and controls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Full Driver's Licence is required.
