Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating home care schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with care staff, clients, and families to ensure the best possible care experience.
- Utilize One Touch System software to manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Respond to staffing and scheduling challenges with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- 2 years plus previous experience as a Care Coordinator in the home care sector.
- Strong working knowledge of One Touch System software (preferred).
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
- Salary: €35-40k DOE (paid bi-weekly or monthly)
- Office-based role: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week
- Annual Leave: 21 days per year (including Good Friday)
- Tax-Free Bonus: €1,000 paid in December each year
