Job Opportunity: Autism Therapist Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee our team of behavioral therapists and provide exceptional supervision services. As a part-time BCBA, you will work closely with children experiencing challenges with learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and/or motor development delays.

About the Role
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases, ensuring high-quality support and guidance.
  • Develop and review ABA curriculum plans, making adjustments as needed to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Clinically review reports and session notes to inform data-driven program changes.
Responsibilities
  1. Supervise behavioral therapists to ensure delivery of evidence-based ABA services.
  2. Design and implement effective behavior intervention plans to address individual client needs.
  3. Analyze ABA data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  4. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
