About the Role:

As a senior leader at Steering Point, you will oversee the day-to-day operational management of our residential care services. Your primary objective is to ensure that our care and support services are equitable, professional, and of an excellent standard.

You will work closely with our Director of Services and other stakeholders to manage placement planning activities, resources, and personnel across all care settings. This involves ensuring the effective deployment of centre staff, managing risks, and maintaining high-quality care practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in operational management, and a deep understanding of the Tusla Model of Care. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing centre management, personnel files, residents' files, maintenance records, health and safety protocols, fire procedures, and medication records.

A key aspect of this role is governance. You will ensure that all centres comply with national standards, professional standards, and company policies and procedures. This includes safeguarding and child care laws.

This position requires someone who can provide strong leadership, embed the Model of Care across our organisation, and promote quality assurance in everyday practices.
