Support Worker Role Overview

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain daily plans tailored to individual needs and preferences
  • Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, and transportation
Requirements:
  • Assistant Support Worker: No formal qualifications required, with training provided
  • Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related field (registered with CORU)
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent attitude and passion for supporting people
  • Full driver's license required, with opportunity to achieve it if not already held
  • Proficiency in Hungarian language essential
