Job Title: Lead Building Surveyor - Dublin Office

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of building surveying in Ireland, focusing on service delivery, client relationships, and team growth.

We are looking for a driven Building Surveyor with Chartered status (MRICS) in Building Surveying or equivalent. Experience at Associate or Associate Director level, or a Senior Surveyor looking to take the next step, is essential.

About the Role
  • Lead the Building Surveying workstream in Dublin, managing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services for clients across various sectors.
  • Leverage existing projects and clients, tapping into live projects being serviced by UK and Belfast offices, and build strong local relationships with existing clients who already have active work in Ireland.
  • Drive the successful delivery of building surveying projects, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent to build a strong team in Dublin, supporting business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams across the UK, Ireland, and Europe to deliver projects and further grow the business.
