Caring Professional for Children's Residential Unit

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caring Professional to join our team in a Residential Special Care Unit. This is a full-time temporary contract, with a 39-hour workweek and applicable pay scale.
- To participate in the development and implementation of care plans for children in our care.
- To promote the physical, emotional, social, and religious well-being of each child.
- To engage in activities that encourage attendance at school and training centers.
- To organize personal documents, information, and finances on behalf of the children.
- To liaise with parents, families, and other agencies as necessary.
- To attend meetings related to the care and development of the children.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU.
- A CORU-approved Social Care Worker qualification and registration application (evidence of application required).
- Bachelor of Arts (Applied) in Social Care Practice or equivalent.
- Relevant skills and knowledge, including a high standard of suitability and ability for the proper discharge of duties.
This role offers a competitive salary range of €38,451.00-€54,445.00 per year and a range of benefits.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule will include 12 hour shifts and 8 hour shifts, worked in person.
