Job Description

As a Retail Betting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail betting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host customers with enthusiasm and provide top-notch service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Cross-sell retail and online products to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively inform customers about promotions and offers.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist customers with placing bets via terminals, phone, and in-shop transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shop presentation that showcases our brand and promotes a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Shop Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • Adapt to diverse situations while remaining focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to fulfilling social responsibility duties by promoting responsible gaming practices.
