Product Engineer Role:Main Responsibilities:
  • Own the performance of a Technology Platform (0.18um - 2um), ensuring optimal metrics and addressing any process issues.
  • Support new product introduction and mature product lines in volume production, providing engineering expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, process, test, reliability, and manufacturing engineering, to resolve product issues and production problems.
  • Develop and sustain process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
  • Analyze failures, defining problems by identifying failure modes, quantity of material affected, and percent fallout.
  • Perform circuit analysis on various Analog and mixed signal integrated circuits using Cadence and electrical lab equipment.
  • Investigate root causes of issues through data analysis, problem and material characterization, fault isolation, IC circuit debugging, and physical failure analysis.
  • Dedicate to delivering exceptional customer service by engaging directly with clients.
  • Pursue quality excellence to enhance customer PPB levels to industry best practices.
