Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced AVEVA PI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, configure, and support AVEVA PI System solutions for real-time data infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AVEVA PI System components including PI Server, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and PI Interfaces/connectors.
  • Integrate PI System with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and other OT/IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain PI AF models and analytics to support business use cases.
  • Design and deploy PI Vision dashboards for operations and management users.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting for PI infrastructure.
  • Support data governance, security, and quality standards across PI data flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation to end users and support staff.
  • Participate in project planning, testing, and commissioning of PI-related solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System administration and development.
  • Proficiency in PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Data Archive.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, etc.).
  • Experience in regulated pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or VBScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
