The ideal candidate will spearhead the success of our operations in Ireland, directing and managing activities at the customer site. Key responsibilities include people management, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes, empowering ownership, and ensuring consistent use of systems across onboarding, training, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Establish a culture of business growth by expanding market share, supporting business unit and system sales, holding regular cross-functional reviews, and implementing an engagement model to manage the business as one profitable unit.
- Cultivate a leadership-driven organisation by empowering teams to think critically, take initiative, and own outcomes.
- Develop a deep pipeline of future leaders, foster collaboration, and build strong team leads as the foundation for business growth and customer success.
- Build strong partnerships with customer Fab leadership, coach managers, sales, and team leads on best practices, and establish systems, ownership, and alignment for successful installs, ramps, and ongoing collaboration.
- Ensure continuous improvement and accountability by promoting KPI ownership, leveraging analytics to boost skills, productivity, and digital transformation.
- Lead revenue growth and margin improvement by expanding customer relationships, reducing service costs, and meeting targets through strategic planning and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive expertise in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in strategic planning, business analytics, and high-level customer management.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to persuade others to adopt a different point of view.
- Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Ability to set and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and productivity across all organisational levels.
- Process Improvement and decision-making skills.
