Accommodation Associate Position

This part-time role involves creating a welcoming environment for guests in our 5-star accommodations.

As an Accommodation Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest bedrooms and public areas. You'll also ensure a smooth and professional service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform evening turn down service in guest bedrooms
  • Replenish amenities and prepare rooms for evening arrival
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
  • Ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or accommodation role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm under pressure with a friendly, approachable personality
  • High standard of spoken and written English
