Job Title: Skilled Beauty Educator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled beauty educator to join our team. As a Resident Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering world-class education programs to drive commercial success. Your primary focus will be on training and developing the skills of our team members to provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a beauty training role, with a strong background in driving events and masterclasses. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training programs to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement training plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive counter KPIs and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of certification and communicate any issues to the management team
  • Responsible for skills tests and trade tests to ensure the appropriate level of competence within the recruitment process
