Job Overview:

As an AI Data Operations Annotation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of customer interactions. In this dynamic environment, you will annotate audio and visual data, evaluating responses against guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.

With flexibility and prioritization skills essential for success, you will collaborate with international teams to drive improvements in product usage. Training will be provided to help you become an expert in supporting and improving the customer experience.

This position requires working Monday through Friday, with hours starting between 7am-9am and ending between 4pm-6pm local time, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension in French Swiss to support the language-specific market
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension to collaborate with international teams
  • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
  • Understanding of the local region and cultural variations
  • Demonstrates integrity and prioritizes customer privacy
