**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team in the Fund Management department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Risk and play a key role in all aspects of Fund Risk.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the governance and performance of a dynamic Fund Management Company. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for performing ongoing monitoring of investment risks of funds, generating risk analytics, and assisting in the implementation of the internal Fund Risk Management framework.

You will also assist the Fund Risk team in the preparation of board reports and generate regular and exception-based risk reporting for both fund boards and the management company.

**Responsibilities**

  • Monitor investment risks of funds to ensure compliance with investment objectives, policy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain risk models and scenarios to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Fund Risk team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide regular risk updates to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including investment managers, administrators, and depositaries.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, preferably in risk management or a related field.
  • Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative field.
  • Professional certifications, such as FRM, PRM, or CFA, are an asset.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including AIFM and UCITS.
