Job Title: Microbiologist (Junior Team Leader)
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microbiologist to join our team as a Junior Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service by ensuring effective organisation of assigned workload, integrity of analytical data generated, and timely/accurate provision of results.
As a Junior Team Leader, you will perform data review of junior staff's analyses, conduct routine and investigative analysis using various techniques independently, and provide interpretation of results generated as required.
You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment and systems, including checking and approving supplier reports.
Additionally, you will assist with technical aspects of client proposals for method development, transfers, and validation protocols, and supervise junior staff in routine activities and methods.
Requirements:- 3+ years' experience in a GMP Pharmaceutical Microbiology Environment, with testing and data review responsibilities
- Line management or people management experience
- A technical mind in microbiology
- Able to work without supervision and make decisions independently
