We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

The role involves leading a team of 7-8 safety officers and advisors and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include policy development and implementation, risk assessment and management, team leadership, training and communication, incident management, regulatory compliance, and client and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HSQE Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HSQE regulations and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management software
  • Competent report writing skills for submission to Senior Leadership team
