Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-tier customer service by greeting guests promptly, responding to their queries effectively, and assisting them with meeting their video gaming needs.
  • Develop a sales culture by crafting personalized solutions for every guest and providing outstanding customer experiences through professional conduct and shared passion for gaming.
  • Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that drive sales and repeat business.
  • Process guest purchases/return transactions accurately using Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system via keyboard, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answer calls promptly, courteously, and professionally, and escalate customer issues and complaints to the Store Manager timely and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
  • At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of video games preferred.
