In this exciting role as a Strategic Data Lead for Customer Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of ESB's data and analytics initiatives for Customer Solutions. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to champion analytics and data driven decision making, ensuring that the business takes a data driven approach when making key business decisions.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic industry, and to contribute to ESB's ambitious goal of transitioning Ireland to reliable, affordable, low-carbon energy by 2040.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define, estimate and plan the delivery of complex analytic products and services across multiple delivery streams for Customer Solutions.
  2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Customer Solutions to champion analytics and data driven decision making across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience, preferably with 3 years in an IT role.
  • Relevant third level qualification or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team of people, possessing skills to organise, lead and motivate the Data & Analytics team.
