Secure a challenging role as an Overnight Accommodations Coordinator where you will play a vital part in maintaining the upkeep of our hotel.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Security: Oversee the hotel overnight to ensure all areas are secure, well-maintained, and tidy.
  • Reception Duties: Manage reception responsibilities including guest check-ins and check-outs with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean public areas, maintain high standards of hygiene, and contribute to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
  • Event Support: Assist with conference and function setup, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for guests.
  • Collaboration: Support the Food & Beverage Department as required, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an Overnight Porter or similar establishment is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Customer Care: Excellent customer care skills are necessary to deliver a superior guest experience.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with fire safety and health regulations is required to ensure compliance and guest safety.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people skills are essential for working effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Availability: Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of the hotel.
