With over 400 employees operating out of offices in Ireland and Auckland, we offer unrivalled delivery in the design, supply, implementation, and support of organizations' IT infrastructure.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain multiple systems and services, including Hypervisors, Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Palo Alto Firewall, Windows Servers, HP/Dell Server, and Storage solutions.
- Implement first-level event correlation and filtering to ensure that events requiring support personnel intervention are addressed promptly.
- Investigate and diagnose infrastructure and application alerts, establishing details of requests/incidents, confirming impact, and identifying contributing factors.
- Develop and implement resolutions, test, and verify their effectiveness.
- Escalate and coordinate tickets to other ICT teams or third parties within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and improve documentation of customers' network environments.
- Manage performance monitoring systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Provide Level 1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Work within change management policies to ensure successful changes.
- Lead vendors and other IT teams to problem resolution.
- Perform proactive maintenance and support of customer systems.
About You:

You should be conscientious, trustworthy, and capable of delivering on tasks with minimal direction. A process-oriented mindset with great attention to detail is also crucial.
