Job Title: Nightly Refresh Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our hospitality team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to work at scheduled time, ensuring personal appearance meets the required standard
  • Preparing for each shift by reviewing task assignments and participating in handover and training sessions
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences by consistently meeting service standards and addressing guest complaints in a professional manner

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cleaning public areas and maintaining basic cleaning standards
  • Greeting guests and providing turndown services
  • Hotel maintenance and carpet cleaning

Additional Duties:

  • Filling Ecolab bottles and stocking suitcases with supplies for the morning shift
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of designated areas
  • Respecting guest requests and re-visiting rooms prior to going off duty
  • Reporting extra departures, rooms on DND or rooms not requiring service to the supervisor
