The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth from BPO services in the Irish and UK markets.

This is an incredible opportunity for a growth-oriented and ambitious individual to join a fast-growing business at an exciting stage in its development.

In this hunter role, you will serve as the first dedicated Business Development Director in the company. Ideal candidates are those who excel at opening doors, establishing relationships from scratch, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new client acquisition by owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities through strategic outreach.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored BPO solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to create customised solutions for potential clients.
  • Share market insights to help shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections.
Requirements
  • Over 8 years of experience in new business sales, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or related services.
  • A consistent track record of winning complex, high-value deals in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience selling to C-suite executives in functions such as Customer Support, Operations, or HR is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise selling.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and activities.
  • Strong sense of team collaboration, knowing how to involve the right people at the right time and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions at all levels.
  • Solid commercial acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Skilled at building relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
