We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Nurology Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to develop their skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Post-registration experience in Nurology or related specialty
