">This role presents a unique opportunity to join a leading Irish legal practice, renowned for its excellence and structured career development. As a qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE in financial services or funds, you will take on significant responsibility in diverse funds-related matters.
">Fund Formation & Structuring:
">You will be advising on various investment funds (private equity, hedge, venture capital, real estate) and appropriate structures (e.g., ICAVs), as well as regulatory considerations.
">Documentation & Compliance:
">Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., AIFMD).
">Licence Applications:
">Supporting applications for Central Bank of Ireland authorization for regulated financial services providers.
">Client Advisory & Transaction Support:
">Providing strategic guidance on fund governance, operations, and assisting with fund mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
">Collaboration & Business Development:
">Working with internal and external stakeholders, actively contributing to know-how and business development.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:
">Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1-3 years of PQE in financial services or funds. Proven ability in legal research, drafting, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach.
