Candidate Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of HACCP and other food safety regulations.
  • A passion for food, quality, and presentation, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.

  • A consistent, reliable, and positive approach to work.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
