Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a group of 15 people in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that systems and procedures are followed, while working closely with the onsite manager to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role involves supporting the front-of-house team, processing transactions at the tills and deli counter, and maintaining high food service standards. You will need to be a quick learner with attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business, and possess a problem-solving mind with a flexible can-do attitude. A full clean driver's license is also an advantage.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP, is preferred
  • Problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach
  • Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
