Water Services Project Lead

We are seeking experienced engineers to lead high-profile projects in the water sector.

About the Role:

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective project management.
  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage and develop project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and expectations.

About You:

  • Chartered membership of a professional body such as the Institution of Civil Engineers.
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in managing and delivering water services projects.
  • Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.

Key Skills/Attributes:

  • Project management expertise, including PRINCE2 or similar methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations, including environmental impact assessments and health and safety protocols.
