Job Title: Aircraft Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide legal support to our aircraft leasing business.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure seamless execution of transactions, including lease amendments, novations, and deliveries.
  • Key responsibilities include drafting and managing closing documents, board resolutions, certificates, NDAs, and notices, as well as coordinating with external counsel, lenders, and internal teams across deal cycles.

Requirements for the role include:

  • 3–5 years' experience in legal affairs, preferably within the aircraft leasing or aviation finance industry.
  • Strong drafting and administrative skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
  • A degree in law or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
